GT and Casey

I'm a sucker for these types of books so I couldn't pass up the next book in the series obviously. I really liked the storyline with the connections between Casey's new life and the world she desperate to leave behind. However I wasn't a huge fan of GT, I found him pretty hypocritical when it came to the issue of trust. He hurts Casey and when he finds out that she kept something huge from him he flies completely off the handle and says some pretty cruel things to her. He was quick to anger with her but he doesn't even try to see that he set things in motion with his actions. He does later redeem himself in my eyes and I started to like him again as much as I did in book 1.

Casey was a bit confusing to me. There were times when I liked her and others when she drove me insane. She was vastly different from Princess and it came off in my eyes as weakness. Now most women aren't going to be as hard as Princess but it just seemed as if Casey wasn't the same character I thought of from book 1. I also felt her reaction to her miscarriage was overboard (please don't hate me for saying this). These are hard men and women who I assume have seen some pretty dark times and have dealt with death way more than the average person. Miscarriage is hard, it's sad and it's not something that I take lightly but in Casey and GT's situation, they needed to move forward. The drama was too much.

As a couple I definitely felt they had chemistry and realistically their relationship was believable. I wanted them to have a happy ending and I was glad it looked like they were going to make it.

Overall I would still recommend reading Seduce Me. I love this series and GT and Casey need to have their story told.

When I read the first book in this series Ravage Me, I was blown away and really loved it so much it was a definite 5 star read for me. Seduce Me was good...not as explosive and unique as the first book...but still filled with plenty of action and twists you don't see coming.
I was thrilled to know that this was the story of Bam's daughter Casey and "Princess Harlow's" brother G.T....two club kids who grew up together and slowly fell in love as they became teenagers.
It was a rocky road for them though as G.T. had the reputation for being a man-whore and Casey is left heartbroken, heading off to college, carrying a big secret.
When some violence and death hits the MC, Casey is forced to head home on lockdown and all the secrets and lies eventually come to light.
There are plenty of other side stories to entertain and some new couples forming (who I hope will be in another book)...but of course all doesn't end well as we are left with a partial HEA for one couple but new trouble brewing with the club.
An enjoyable and sexy love story with the usual biker club violence you would expect when too many alpha males fight for property and money.

“Words. They cut deep, deeper than actions.” I loved this book, just as I did the first one. I don’t know what took me so long to start reading work from this author. Shame on me.

Casey has been in love with G.T. for years. After all, they grew up in the Ravage MC together. But could he be interested in her, and also stop his manwhore ways? Well, one day she finds out he could definitely be interested in her. But as for his manwhoring ways….maybe some things will never change.

Casey decides it would be best to get far away from Ravage MC for a while, away from G.T., and finally start her college education. But with her secret, can she stay away? After a rival club decides to make the Ravage MC pay and puts the whole club and families on lockdown, can Casey handle being stuck with G.T.? And can he prove he’s not the heartless a-hole he has portrayed to her?

Definitely happy to get a G.T. and Casey story with this book. After all the obvious tension with them as side characters in the first book, I’m super happy she didn’t make us wait several books before we got their story.

Just like the first book, there are a lot of things that happen in this story to keep it jumping from one problem to the next, all while G.T. and Casey’s possible relationship tries to work itself out as the “primary” story. There is never a dull moment really, yet with everything that happens, it’s never too much for the story either. It’s not cluttered.

Overall, I definitely recommend this book/series if you like MC books with hot, sexy alpha men. Great reads!
This was definitely a great read for me even though I did not enjoy it quite as much as Ravage Me. I found some of the plot to be implausible in this book. I am not sure how to share that without giving away plot twists. “He’s going to destroy every single one of you a$$@#$%. So, go ahead and kill me, I don’t f@#$%#$ care. I did my part.” These words were uttered by a young man, a traitorous character, who is not part of the MC world. I just found it so unrealistic that a young person who was not actually a part of a “cause” would be willing to die to help someone else exact revenge. No way. A fair amount of the plot was built on this so it fell a bit flat for me. Still, I loved the action and violence mixed with romance. I am ready to move on to the next book! Fortunately, since I just discovered Michele’s writings I have so many great books left to read! Yea!
